We honor the life and legacy of Dr. Bishop John Blouin, founder of Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College.
Founded in 1985, the seminary has served students and ministry leaders for forty years, equipping men and women for leadership and service in the Kingdom of God. Through Dr. Blouin’s vision and dedication, countless graduates have been prepared for ministry, leadership, and Christian service around the world.
As we celebrate forty years of impact and many graduations, we honor Dr. Blouin’s faithful commitment to biblical education and his lasting contribution to the Body of Christ. His legacy continues through every life touched by the seminary.

Today, under the leadership of President Dr. DeRonald C. Bradford, Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College continues to carry forward the vision established by Dr. Bishop John Blouin. As current President, Dr. Bradford is committed to strengthening the seminary’s mission of equipping Christ-centered leaders through biblical education, spiritual formation, and practical ministry training.
Building upon forty years of ministry and educational impact, Dr. Bradford continues to help lead the institution into a new generation of growth and outreach, ensuring that students are prepared to serve effectively in ministry, leadership, chaplaincy, and Christian service throughout the world.
